Implemented "fail-over" controls to ensure redundant cooling for critical areas
Interconnected with existing chillers elsewhere in building
Total cost in excess of $2 million
Managed design, pricing and installation of complex piping system for new manufacturing building, as well as compressor room ventilation system
systems included argon, argon/carbon dioxide mix, nitrogen, compressed air, natural gas and LP gas
Compressor room ventilation included summer and winter modes, allowing waste heat from compressor to offset heating needs on manufacturing floor
Designed, priced and oversaw complete replacement of aging HVAC system
New system included ultra high efficiency condensing gas furnaces with variable speed fans and matched air conditioning systems
